Prior to any treatment, we will make every effort possible to present to you a complete treatment plan of recommended services, fees and also aide you in financial arrangements. Treatment plans and financial payment plans are subject to change through the year. Estimated costs are subject to change during treatment, only if changes in your dental health arise and additional treatment becomes necessary. At that time, your provider will educate you of the necessity of the change, and our Treatment Coordinator will inform you of any fees associated with the change. Your treatment plan and fees will be honored for six months from the day it is presented to you. We ask that you begin treatment with six months from the day of presentation because your dental health can and will change. Most treatment plans are completed within a twelve month period. To make payment as convenient as possible, we extend several payment methods to you including all major credit cards |
